Bring Out the Best in Every Meal

Bonitates Extra Virgin Olive Oil isn’t just for cooking — it’s a daily wellness ally. Here’s how to use it with intention and flavor + why we co-mill not infuse:

🫒 High-Phenolic Organic EVOO (1L)

Purpose: Anti-inflammatory | Antioxidant | Heart & gut support

  • Take 1 tsp daily on its own, in a smoothie, or with cold-pressed juice to boost nutrient absorption.

  • Drizzle over cooked vegetables, grains, soups, or grilled proteins as a finishing oil.

  • Avoid heating to preserve its powerful phenolic compounds.

🍋 Meyer Lemon co-milled EVOO (15ml)

Purpose: Digestion + detox | Bright & zesty

  • Use in morning wellness shots, green smoothies, or vinaigrettes.

  • Perfect on grilled fish, quinoa bowls, steamed greens, or fruit salads.

  • Enhances freshness in dips, hummus, or chilled soups.

🌿 Lavender co-milled EVOO (15ml)

Purpose: Promote sleep + Stress reduction | Earthy & aromatic

  • Pairs beautifully with roasted potatoes, lamb, poultry, or mushrooms.

  • Add to warm rice, lentils, or frittatas for herbaceous complexity.

  • A great base for homemade dressings and marinades.

Pro Tips

  • Store away from heat and light at 13–16°C (55–60°F).

  • Shake gently before use for infused oils.

  • Use (15ml packs) within 30 minutes of opening for maximum benefit.

  • A little goes a long way — start with 1 tsp and savor the richness.

🌿 Why We Co-Mill — Not Infuse

At Bonitates, we don’t just flavor olive oil — we craft it at the source. Our co-milled (agrumato-style) olive oils are made by crushing fresh ingredients like Meyer lemon or lavender together with early-harvest olives, not added afterward like in infused oils.

Why it matters:

✔️ Superior Flavor – Co-milling locks in bright, natural aromas

✔️ Maximum Antioxidants – No heat or steeping = higher polyphenols

✔️ Clean & Pure – Nothing added, nothing artificial

✔️ True to Tradition – Honoring ancient Mediterranean methods

Infusions are made after the oil is pressed. We go further — capturing the essence of the whole fruit or herb as it’s made.
